Shipping policy

Free UK delivery when you spend £90.

We want to deliver your goods to you as quickly as we possibly can, and we aim to
have your order with you the next working day. Occasionally, certain items may not
be in stock, in this instance we will contact you with an alternative delivery date for
the delayed goods.
All orders are dispatched by courier. You will receive an email and/or text message
with a one hour time window advising when delivery will be made. At this point you
can also re-arrange for an alternative date.

• Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm will be dispatched the same day, when
  stock is available.
• Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched following day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
• Orders placed on Fridays after 12pm and ALL orders placed on Saturdays and
  Sundays will be dispatched on the following business day.
• Following business day excludes official and bank holidays.
• No dispatch will be completed during official and bank holidays.

All deliveries in the UK mainland are shipped by either EVRi, Royal Mail or DPD. All UK deliveries shall have tracking available, which shall be provided in a follow up dispatch email, which is sent after your parcel leaves us.

Rest of the world: We’re sorry, but we currently cannot ship outside the UK. However, we would love to hear from you if you are interested in buying or stocking our products, so we can reassess this position as soon as possible.
